Everton have confirmed the departure of several names at the club. Cenk Tosun, a personal signing of Moshiri, has departed alongside club record signing Gylfi Sigurdsson. Also departing is £9m man Fabian Delph, and Jonjoe Kenny. The latter refused a new three year deal in search of first team football.
Everton also hope to announce the signing of James Tawrkowski immediately, having agreed a four year contract for the 29 year old former Burnley defender. Asmir Begovic has been retained for a further year whilst the club are also looking to sign Connor Gallagher from Chelsea on a season long loan. Other names linked include Christian Erisken – the blues have offered the former Spurs playmaker a 2-year contract.

Although the departures of the likes of Delph will save the club approximately £350k a week in wages, the departing loaners will further bolster Everton’s funds moving forward. The club is also expected to sell Yerry Mina, Allan, Gbamin and Gomes this summer as they look to build a more effective and reliable side; only offering the high wages to those who can truly justify them.
