Tony Hibbert is a doubt for Everton’s game against Arsenal on Saturday.

The defender picked up a groin strain against Carlisle in the FA Cup last weekend and is unlikely to play tomorrow. 21 year old Seamus Coleman is likely to start at the Emirates whilst Landon Donovan could play his first game for Everton.

Meanwhile, today brought news of Phil Jagielka, Mikel Arteta and Victor Anichebe all returning to some form of training as they close in on a return.

‘I don’t want to play for Everton’ Jo will return to training at the weekend following his suspension. Sylvain Distin and Dan Gosling are close to a return, whilst Jack Rodwell is not too far away either. Louis Saha is a doubt.
