Everton have been drawn away against Hull City in the 3^rd round of the League Cup. Not surprisingly Phil Thompson drew Everton out as the away team.

In other news Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has been granted a work permit and is available to play against Wigan on Sunday along with the blues other new signing Sylvain Distin.
