David Moyes is set to start Everton’s shopping spree after the £24m sale of Joleon Lescott by signing Lokomotiv Moscow captain Diniyar Bilyaletdinov. The player is expected to meet with Goodison officials in the continent in the next 24 hours as he does nopt have a Visa to enter the UK yet. A work permit will be granted as he is a regular in the Russian national side. The fee is expected to be around £9m leaving the rest of the transfer kitty to spent on defenders.
