Everton have been dealt yet another blow with Marouane Fellaini, Leon Osman and Steven Pienaar all definitely out of Sunday’s clash with Newcastle through injury. All of them missed last week’s FA Cup win over Aston Villa but the Blues are further compounded this week with the loss of suspended duo Tim Cahill and Tony Hibbert. Louis Saha is unlikely to to feature though he could make the bench, though there is good news with the return of on-loan striker Jo who returns after being cup-tied. Moyes will have to decide whether to hand a debut to Lars Jacobsen to replace Hibbert or move Phil Neville to right-back and re-shuffle the midfield
