Update: We can now confirm Osman will only be out for around a week.

Reliable sources have informed the FollowEverton team that Everton midfielder Leon Osman will be miss Everton’s next games because he, is believed to be out of action for around six weeks.

This is a blow for Everton, who already have Yakubu, Vaughan, Fellaini, Pienaar and Saha out injured.

Osman missed Everton’s 3-1 win against Aston Villa on Sunday.
