The Everton squad have left for their USA tour, and as expected, Andrew Johnson and Andy Van de Meyde have both stayed at home – Johnson now looks set to leave Everton. Here is the party:

Squad : Iain Turner, Tim Howard (to join squad in Chicago), Nuno Valente, Phil Neville, Joleon Lescott, Phil Jagielka, Leighton Baines, Mikel Arteta, Leon Osman, Steven Pienaar, Dan Gosling, Jack Rodwell, James Vaughan, Lukas Jutkiewicz, Yakubu.
