Everton: Lescott has not asked for a transfer

Everton Football Club have denied reports that defender Joleon Lescott has asked for a transfer.  The central defender is expected to recover from an injury in time to play Spanish side Malaga on Friday. Everton lost 2-1 to Championship side Blackpool today and are in talks to sign Arsenal defender Senderos.



Kyle Naughton to sign for Everton?

Everton are still believed to be leading the chase to sign Sheffield United defender Kyle Naughton – despite reports today suggesting the right back has agreed to sign for Spurs. Everton are reportedly Kyle’s favored destination, and fellow young right back, Kyle Walker could follow.
