Everton have bid £30m for Lazio winger Joaquín Correa.

That’s according to reports in Italy, which suggest Everton are pushing for the Argentina international.

Correa, 27, is a name which has cropped up repeatedly from a sustained period, and would add significant quality to the Everton side.

Correa has been capped 8 times for his country and would be looking to impress in a strong league ahead of the next World Cup. The former Sevilla player possesses significant stature at 6ft 2, good pace and is a proven goalscorer.

Everton are still struggling to offload unwanted stars such as Jonjoe Kenny. The club have been open to offers for the likes of Andre Gomes, Fabian Delph and Moise Kean, and will be looking to sell more players ahead of the deadline in order to invest in key positions at right back.
