Everton midfielder Fabian Delph has suffered a tendon injury and will miss Thursday’s trip to West Brom.

The England midfielder has made just five Premier League appearances for The Toffees this season in what has been another injury blighted campagin.

Carlo Ancelotti confirmed after his side’s victory over Southampton that Delph had suffered a tendon injury and will be assessed.

Ancelotti has clearly been frustrated with with the 31-year-old’s lack of availability this season.

In better news, James Rodriguez and Seamus Coleman should return for the trip to West Brom. The duo were amongst a list of absences who missed the Monday night fixture.
