After the cup final, we all knew we needed a pacy right winger and a better right back. We signed a slow left winger.

Our only "attacking" players are Baines and Pienaar IMO. Fellaini-Cahill etc have no pace or skill.

We need someone the likes of Aaaron Lennon, Walcott etc.

When Moyes looks for players,he goes for versatility over&above a player that plays exclusively in the one position. When a (tactical) substitution gets made (other than striker for a striker) it ALWAYS involves somebody already on the pitch moving to another position,and upsetting the balance. A Moyes substitution is NEVER a straightforward "like-for-like"

IMO Moyes needs to sign "specialised" players from now on.......there's too many "versatile/utility" players in the squad,and it gets right on my nipple-ends,so it does

Everton dont have a big squad so we need players who can play 2-3 positions. I think this would be obvious to people by now.

It'd rather have a player who is class in one position then have a player who is decent in a few positions

Be happy with what we have. We were in the real sh*t before Moyes and have a squad now that "should" be challenging for major honours and CL football.

It's a real shame we've been done by all the injuries. Or else we'd be right up there.

Hang on,we're only now startin' to see the reason why Moyes shelled out £15million on Fellaini,but only because Moyes is now playing him in the position he was bought for And we still have several players out injured,so to say he's only covered for midfielders who've been out is a loada crud imo.

If we need (for example) a right winger,Moyes should buy a right winger and play him on the right wing,not play him in centre-mid,left wing,or centre-forward

With the exception of Pienaar&Fellaini (Who were bought to play specialised positions,but have more often than not played out of their specialized specks) ALL the others are "utility players" I could've included Lescott,and others who Moyes has brought in under his leadership,but they're gone,so what'd be the point?

People slate Hibbert,but he's never had a right-winger in front of him. 99% of our attacking play goes via our left-hand side,a majority of the opposition's attacking play comes down our right-hand side.................It's gettin' obvious that the opposition (whoever they are) are "cottoning on" to it,so imo it stands to reason that somethin' needs remedying with Moyes' tactics and preferential team choices.

after all the injuries we've had, where would we of been without players who cant play in more than 1 position? for example, last season, when we had no fit strikers we were lucky that cahill was versatile enough to fill in as a makeshift striker when needed. Same with neville, hibbo, heitinga, neill, arteta etc, who, when needed can fill in other positions reasonably well.

With the financial restraints put on moyes, he has no other option but to get lads in who can fill in other positions, other than their preferred ones

Well he has in Donovan why when the result doesn't go are way do people start having a go at the team we should have been 2-0 up within 15 minutes and were cheated.
