Moyes already talked about that. He seen Distin as a stop gap as he needed someone at his best to replace Lescott. We dont really have the time to get in a player with potential at this point in Moyes's transformation of Everton. He was the only player who ticked all the box's Lescott did that he seen at a reasonable price.
