No Everton players in England Squad

RE: No Everton players in England Squad
For the croatia game I'd actually start with wright-phillips. He's played very well so far this season. He's got as much pace as Lennon and has a better end product. Walcott has been injured for too long and Beckham could come on as an impact player with his dead-ball skills.

A bit off topic but I would absolutley love it if Jagelkia got in the World Cup sqaud in front of Lescott.

hardly, this is an Everton forum! But I bet everyone on here agrees with you on that one. I'd start with Lennon for Croatia, I think he's played a bit better than SWP this year, both deserve their place though

Lennon has started this season well as well but I just think Wright-Phillips overall play deserves a starting place. His defensive capabilities have really impressed me recently, which will come in handy against a team like Croatia.

Modric being injured will help England immensely
