No Everton players in England Squad

No Everton players in England Squad
No Everton players are included in the England squad for the friendly against Slovenia and world cup qualifier against Croatia.

Michael Owen is still not included, but Lennon and Crouch have both been recalled.

Ex-Toffee Lescott is in the squad.

Squad: Foster (Manchester United), Green (West Ham), Robinson (Blackburn), Johnson (Liverpool), Brown (Manchester United), Upson (West Ham), Terry (Chelsea, capt), Lescott (Manchester City), A Cole (Chelsea), Bridge (Chelsea), Wright-Phillips (Manchester City), Lennon (Tottenham), Beckham (Los Angeles Galaxy), Barry (Manchester City), Lampard (Chelsea), Carrick (Manchester United), G*rrard (Liverpool), A Young (Aston Villa), Milner (Aston Villa), Rooney (Manchester United), Heskey (Aston Villa), Defoe (Tottenham), C Cole (West Ham), Crouch (Tottenham).

Well,that depends on what you define as "international standard" doesn't it? Htf James,Bridge,Heskey and many others have "overstayed their welcome"(or worse still,were ever chosen in the f*****n first place) is beyond me,for oneConfused

Totally agree with the players you mentioned. They are not international standard
