In about 3hours time, I'm gonna stuff meself with wokful of beef vindaloo (made with prime rump steak) with basmatic rice - infused with cloves, saffron, cardamom, turmeric & cinnamon (Bit like pilau, but home-made) and a big f*ckoff garlic & coriander naan bread......washed down with a big bottle of hoegaarden.

Lovingly followed by a mint choc chip ice cream. If I die right after it, then I'll die happy & well-fed
