His name is Mark Rowan - his actual title is Head of Communications, which is a contadiction in terms in that he never actually responds to any emails.

It's actually Wally Brown. He's got a fish stall in St. James's market in the city centre and he's got a pie stall in Kirkby market. His prices are very good but his fishpie is usually green with mould!!!!!
