Heitinga/Yobo

Heitinga/Yobo
Heitinga also potentially on the way out apparently and the Yobo deal could collapse. For those of you who went on bluekipper when it was around will be aware of Sheedy who is always spot on with his information. He says the following:

"I think everton would like to sell Johnny to Turkey but I don't think he's got any interest in going but it seems we've managed to mess up another deal in the process .

Yobo has 100% not gone and it'll be a big few hours/days if it is to happen"

"I'm pretty confident Johnny doesn't want to go to turkey , I think everton thought he did and we appear to have mishandled the whole situation perhaps at the expense of the Yobo deal . Chaotic frankly"

"Bluefox is in my opinion the most reliable itk in regards to everton but on this I might just have a 'better' source or at least close to the quality of his. I'm told Heitinga doesn't want to go to turkey , the club want to move him on and I think he's happy to go but i suspect he sees himself playing at a 'higher level' than turkey . It seems we've mishandled everything and from thinking we've moved on Yobo & Heitinga we may have messed both up. Yobo is certainly not done to fene its considerably further away than it was 36hrs ago and everyone will need to work very hard to make it happen, that's not rumour that is 100% fact"

"Its been 10 mins away for 2 days ,as you say only everton that could do it. There is a 'chance ' it might still happen but it's not going to be easy" (on yobo)

"I think talks have re-started over Yobo , AGAIN !"

"I'm trying to leave a few bits out but we've created the situation ourselves mate, I'm not here to smash the board but the Yobo deal should have been done and we thought we could sell both to them (which Is what Bluefox's posts last night relate to ) but they only want one and we've been out manoeuvred . We've effectively been ' hoisted by our own petard ' , it's a best a mess and doesn't reflect particularly well on us or the Turks although from a purely business type way 'they've had us over ' like us and other clubs have done to rangers over players."

"The offer from fene is £4.5m and previously we've been asking for 8m (euros I think ?) previously so I don't see the £10m , it'd be nice if it's true though I'd think 8 is our best case scenario" (on heitinga)

This bluefox fella sheedy mentions also says there's interest from Turkey for about £4.5m

RE: Heitinga/Yobo
I wouldn't sell heitinga (Yet) but £8m is decent money - when you think that vlaar was goin' to villa for £3.2m, until they pulled out.

But once again, the best man to run the club (As well as sell it) knows best. If he wants heitinga gone, then heitinga'll be gone - even for the £4.5m stated, knowin' that complete nincompoop.

RE: Heitinga/Yobo
Heitinga's had one good season and everyone Evertonian knows that Moyes will pick Jagielka ahead of him now that he's fit again.

The less said about Yobo the better but it might well be worth cashing in on both as Duffy looks ready to step up this season.

Apparently we've made a move for N'Zonzi from Blackburn. OJL you know anything about this mate? If we do get N'Zonzi I sense Moyes might finally think of turning Rodwell into a centre-half.

Internet Sources yawn yawn yawn! Didnt a similar source say Pienaar would be paraded as a new signing a few days ago?

These 'internet sources' need to get out more.

With Distin advancing in years, it may actually more likely be Jags and Heitinga at the back next season.

RE: Heitinga/Yobo
can't see us entering into negotiations with fernabache over anything again...

and i don't see any logic on making a loss on Heitinga who was voted our player of the season last year.....

The people's group said it. Sheedy is NEVER wrong, he is a proper ITK. These interent sources were pretty spot on about Cahill!

Not seen his name mentioned once

RE: Heitinga/Yobo
If you guess enough times your bound to get the odd rumour correct.

Anyway, even if this is true then surely we are going to be weakened, Heitinga was our best defender last season, Jagielka needs to improve a hell of a lot if we do sell Heitinga, plus distin wont carry on forever.

And Moyes is reluctant to give Duffy a proper run of games.

Correct! And that's what I suspect a lot of these interweb "ITK's" do exactly this, then say "Told ya" when they get one right. Just like the journalists......"give a monkey a typewriter" and all that.

And SSig_agreed on t'other stuff, too.
