The true cost of this over 50 years is over £110mil - when we take into account the compound interest. This would be a great investment for anyone. I'm sure they will not be short of takers.

55 acres - not 40 as started in the takeover thing.
Why do the owners want to sell if its brining in cash? Do they think we will go bust an be unable to pay the rent? |
