RE: Moyes..
There seems to be a disagreement here between people (like me) who think Moyes is tactically inept and people who are grateful (like me) for what he did for us over the last number of years. Moyes did a great job for us to a point but he's proved he's not a top, top manager. We expect the best, he was the best we could do AT THE TIME, now, thanks to him, we can do better. If you people want to continuously be known as under-achievers then I suggest you continue to back Moyes regardless of how we perform, I expect more from us.

RE: Moyes..
I know what you're saying but moyes has improved and learnt a lot - we've changed playing styles to a new more fluid style, his purchasing skills have impairs from when he blew the Rooney money. He's still learning which is as it should be the greats like ferguson and mourinho make mistakes but they learn, improve and move on. The next step is champions league or a trophy but realistically we're not there yet but that step needs to be taken in the next year or so. And that applies to Everton as well as moyes
Until I see a worthy replacement I say stick with a manager who's got the potential. If he fails to keep improving then near the end of his contract we replace him. |

Having had this conversation irl, I've heard people mention curbishley and charlton,ok charlton went into decline, but so did curbishley.........didn't do too well at lower level management did he? I doubt Moyes'd do as well anywhere else, meself.EDIT: Meant didn't do too well getting another job!! My bad
