Are Vaughan and anichebe good young talents?
with the likes of Vaughan, anichebe and rodwell all in the past making it into our first 11, do you think our youths have enough talent to play regular 1st team football in the EPL.
to me, Vaughan and anichebe are good players but are not talented enough to regulary get into our first team.
what do you think?

We have done this thread ages ago to death. Vaughan yes if not injured, Big Vic - the jury is still out and the rest, wait until they play a bit more

RE: Are Vaughan and anichebe good young talents?
Our talent is absolute dismal to the likes of the "BIG FOUR".

Arsenal's whole team is practically under 25 give or take a couple of players.

United have the likes of Anderson, Nani and godknows which other youth prodigy they will sign this year.

Chelsea quite frankly don't need youth when they can spend 100 million each year buying whoever the manager pleases but still have the likes of Scott Sinclair, Ben Sahar et al on loan in the lower divisions.

Liverpool have Lucas, Agger and some weird named kids.

Quite frankly our youth isn't bad but the talent is not great either..

Sahar is no better than Big Vic and agger was already an international when Liverpool bought him, but i get your point.

Sahar is just a name of a youth that came to mind. They have some very good England youth players.

Also the top 4 "spend" on youth. Until now (Gosling,Ruddy) we've never really done that..most of ours is academy talent i.e Rodwell, Osman, Anichebe, Vaughan, Kissock and the infamous Shrek. We owe a lot to that ugly lad.

Look at Arsenal's academy. Isn't it scary they signed Flamini and Fabregas on a free?

United offload a lot of their academy for a good sum of money i.e Jonathan Spector, Bardsley, Chadwick, Ebanks-Blake et al.
