Basically he's had a disagreement with the money men at blackpool over un-paid bonuses which will be decided by the Premier League arbitration court and if they find in his favour he can cancel his contract and leave for free.
''If Adam wins his case in London he may attempt to cancel his contract which still has 22 months to run.
That could allow him to become a free agent and mean Blackpool would risk losing the highly-rated midfielder to a rival club for nothing.
"If he's out of contract then we'll have to wait and see. If not someone might have to buy him by January," Holloway continued. "And it'll be for a lot more than we paid for him because he's been a success.''
The only thing with him is where would we play him? Would you take him on a free?

No better than most of the squad never mind our 1st choice midfielders, has the turning circle and speed of a tanker, also plays far too many hollywood passes so its a big No

yeah he's slow but he plays in the middle so he doesn't need to be too fast, anyway bily's not fast either

Be nice if Adam was a bit faster. But if it came to a choice of him or bilyalet........I don't think I need say any more.
And that £7m you mention might be enough to persuade our american friends to part with their golden boy
That'd make me a lot happier than keepin' the russian.

that would be ideal, i still think bily could offer us something BUT there's no point in keeping him if moyes doesn't want to play him and will only play him when he is forced to due to injuries. Very pointless having a £10M player rotting away on the bench

And a £10m player who goes missin' in every single game he's played for us,bar the villa game where he got sent off 
bilyalet offers nothing,and doesn't ever look like offering anything. We should sell asap,while we still can get something back for him.
