Everton have completed the signing of Steven Pienaar from Tottenham Hotspur.

The midfielder has penned a four-year contract with the blues after impressing in his loan spell at the end of last season.

Negotiations had been ongoing for several weeks but David Moyes was able to secure the 30-year-old South African’s signature once more on Tuesday.
