FollowEverton can reveal that Leighton Baines will start tonight’s England friendly against Egypt. Baines who will be winning his first ever full international cap has won the race against Aston Villa left-back Stephen Warnock to wear the number 3 shirt this evening. But Baines may only have 45 minutes to impress as it is expected that Warnock will take his place at half time. With no other friendlies left until Fabio Capello names his initial squad to go to South Africa there will be no room for error for Baines as he looks to stake his claim to start against the USA in June should Ashley Cole not be fit
