Another tall, afro lad signs for the blues’!

The tall 21-year-old forward was signed by City manager Mark Hughes from CSKA Moscow last summer for £18m, apparently beating Everton to his signature… Jo has made 12 starts for City, netting just three goals.
The Brazilian international has scored 30 goals from 50 starts in the Russian top flight for CSKA Moscow following his signing from homeland club Corinthians in 2006.
6ft 3 inch Jo has an afro (-fro) so this is David Moyes second ‘tall’ signing in the last 12 months, after signing 6ft 5 inch Maroune Fellaini (Mo-fro). Nice hair styles.
Jo is cup tied for the FA cup but is likely to start against Bolton on Saturday.

It is thought there is no contract in place to sign Jo at the end of his loan spell.
