These past 2 seasons have been a miracle for us, but don't kid yer selves lads and lassies, we have been very, very, lucky and at times very very poor! Roy Keane's ghost writer speaks very well on this subject. He suggests that footballers are paid so well these days, the average chest-thumping, up-and-at-em manager has no place in the modern game. Let us hope that David Moyes is above that, and that he gets some assistance from the board. We have lived on our luck for long enough. One day soon it will run out.
